Completing a survey
Surveys can be completed out in the field on the WorksThing app, or back in the office on a desktop computer.

1. Getting started
Sign in to WorksThing.
Surveys can be completed out in the field on the WorksThing app or from a web browser.
2. Completing a survey
On the dashboard, Click on ‘View’, and then ‘Plan’. This will take you to the Plans, Surveys & Installs screen.
Click on ‘Surveys & Installs’, and then the booking you wish to view. This will then take you to a new form for the confirmed booking.
You will need to fill in all the required information fields, working through all the tabs on the left hand side.
Once all the information has been entered, the owner of the sign company is automatically updated to say the survey has been completed.
